Raymond Bernard "Ray" Greek (1916-2001)
Uncle Ray was born 13 Oct 1916 in Riverside, CA. At the time the Greek family was living in Highgrove, Riverside, near the end of the current Center Street.

He married Virginia Skotty in 1940.They have 4 children: Sharon, Pat, Doug and Phillip.
Like his brothers, he served in the Navy in World War II. He spent the war working as a baker at the Naval base in Oakland, CA. His USN rating was SC 1/c.
He worked for many years as a delivery driver for various laundries in the Riverside area.
In retirement, he and Virginia lived for several years in Crescent City, CA, before moving to Chula Vista, CA, where he died on 16 Dec 2001. He is buried at the Riverside National Cemetery (Plot 50, 0, 2987).
